Quinoa topped with almond chutney(soaked almonds, cilantro, ginger, chilli, lime juice, salt)
Eggplant (thick slices steamed, sauteed in oil with spices to brown a bit)
Soup of asparagus,pea,onion,blackpepper, salt, ghee
Base of thai-salad-greens spread on plate
