Sprout Poha

Ingredients:

Preparation:
1. Soak Poha in warm water for 5 minutes.
2. Add sprouts and other ingredients.
3. Mix them well and garnish with favorite herb.

Serves:2 as part of dinner .

Try as its complement the ButterNut-Tomato-Pepper Soup.
