Ingrediants
1.Banana squash
2.Sugar
3.Dates
4.Cashews
5.Milk
Procedure
Steam a banana squash for 15 minutes.
Make a smoothie of it, along with sugar to taste,dates,cashews and just enought milk to give a smoothie.
Refrigerate for some time.
Eat cold.
Its yummmmmmy.

Ingredients
Warm water ( body temperature ) - 1 Cup
Honey - 1 Tea spoon
Lemon juice - Quarter piece
Preparation
1. Mix honey and lemon juice in warm water and drink it every day in the morning with empty stomach.
2. Drink it facing East.

Ingredients
Sliced Bitter Fruit - 1 small bowl
(Orange, Kiwi, Pineapple, Green apple, etc)
Honey - 1 Tea spoon
Almond Powder - 1 Tea spoon
Preparation
1. Slice the fruit in small pieces, sprinkle the almond powder on it and top it up with 1 spoon of honey.
2. Eat it 5-10 min. after drinking the Honey-Lemon water.

Eat 1 tea spoon of Tahini (Sesame seeds paste) 5-10 min. after the breakfast.
If you cannot find Tahini, then you can eat 1 spoon of sprouted sesame seeds.
